I really should think about doing something about my health.
My eating is atrocious - I regularly subsist on no more than two poptarts and a Chinese sweet bun for an entire day. Despite this, I’ve been gaining weight for the first time in my life since puberty. My sleep schedule is an utter mess, and on top of everything my depression seems to be coming back for the first time since I started my medication, except I don’t think meds will solve it since it seems to be heavily gender and sexuality rooted. I dunno. These things combined don’t seem like a particularly good sign.
